WHO | World Mental Health Day 2026: WHO's Campaign Website
A message shared on behalf of World Health Organization, Mental Health Unit.
Dear all,
World Mental Health Day 2026 - 10 October 2026 – has this year lived experience as theme. Our team has worked hard to prepare the campaign World Mental Health Day 2026 campaign website with campaign materials and messages for your potential use.
On Friday 9 October, there will be World Mental Health Day Webinar: Lived Experiences Heard - Real Voices, Real Change (organized jointly with the World Federation for Mental Health and the Global Mental Health Action Network) which one can join by registering here. And during the webinar we will launch the new WHO document “Supporting the transition to community-based mental health and social care: Practical guide to the deinstitutionalization of psychiatric hospitals”
Also, this Friday it is World Suicide Prevention Day, another very important day, and the campaign website is World Suicide Prevention Day 2026 with the theme Changing the Narrative on Suicide, and the call to action: Start the Conversation.
Looking forward.
Best wishes,
