Prof. Pallia has presented numerous papers at conferences in his field, including those of IACAPAP, FLAPIA, WPA, APAL, APSA, AAP, ANA, AAPI, SAP among others. He has published articles in journals and book chapters on mental health and pediatric psychiatry.

At FLAPIA's proposal, he has been nominated for the Vice Presidency of IACAPAP 2026-2030.
